Set pressures first before sending job.. When sending job to printer make sure there is no pressures set, only set the type of cut. Then you can change pressure in the middle of job during cutting.

I think the Graphtec loupe is used to see if there is still a Sharp Tip on your blade not to see how far it is extended.

If you are getting any kind of banding in your prints do a thorough cleaning of your Cap tops and Print heads. Do this weekly and your printers will continue to print great for a long time.

Have you cleaned the dried ink off around the edges of the cap tops recently?

We use a Challenge 30 inch cutter in our sheet fed printing department. Found it used 20 years ago and still running strong. See them all the time on ebay.

Open image, ungroup everything, delete all cut lines, do it twice because who ever put the original cut line on got distracted and did it twice. Put new cut line on in a different color.
