The GTO is a great offset press, you can print almost anything on it (glossy or matte paper/card/envelopes) great registration for 4/0 or 4/4 offset printing. These presses are bullet proof.
Im not an expert on this, but it sounds like the set screw has come loose that holds the micro switch in place.
Open the box up that controls the tension bar and you will see how it works. Then you can adjust it and tighten everything up.

In a 48" roll. From what ive been told its very pricey and has a three roll minimum.
I'm looking for Neon Pink Ink IP5-452 for my Seiko W64 Printer.
My supplier is out and they say it is Back Ordered until mid April.
Anyone out there Know where I can find some.

Only need one blade holder with a 45 degree CB15U blade. I Kiss Cut, Perf Cut and Straight thru cut on 3 mill and 6 mill vinyl laminated or not all day long.
What I print one day I cut the next.
Machine is bullet proof.
As Canuck said keep it short sheets.
I print 81- 3.5 x 5" ovals per sheet at a .30 spacing and fill a 100' roll takes less than 5 minutes to cut each set of 81 at the speed set at 20.
Tha faster you cut the more it cuts off towards the end of the sheet because of the back and forth motion. So...

I just took in a a cool job of seven labels 500 each, customer supplied art (pdf files).
After setting first label up in flexi and adding two sets of cut lines then sending to print, it took about five minutes before reaching printer.

I have found when running large solids on solvent printers the ink and heat softens the vinyl, so it need extra time to cure (out gas) especially when cutting into the bleed.
