I ran a automated General screen printing press 20 years ago that had a static eliminator bar on it and would give you a bite when adding or moving ink around.
How do I eliminate static on a manual press?

I'm not new to the industry but I am sort of new to Screen Printing. My bosses 83 year old dad does all the screen printing at the shop and has recently taken ill, and guess who has to take over printing. ME.

Call the company and ligatate the machine is still not operating correctly.
I really thought the cutting speed was the problem because we went through the same problems.

I also do multiple designs per sheet, all day every day. I cut everything at the speed of 20 because of the back and forth jerkingness (if thats a word) of the graphtec.
I also Print in short sheets 36" to 48" in length.

I can key in a 100 ft roll in about 30 to 40 minutes, multiple jobs and sizes. I now that the job I printed has a cut file to go with it.
The next day I start cutting those jobs and start printing new jobs.
I treat every job as a new job, weather its a repeat order or new. Where is the short cut.
Still a little soft, had a cool front come thru, slowed the drying.
Mixed a dark peach colored paint to the drywall mud and it is drying lighter. But over all it looks great.
Three hours start to finish. Only $60.

Lightly sand ACM then add a good outdoor white primer to a half or a full bag of concrete.
Mix it well.
Use dry wall mud for indoor use.
