  5. Mural Material Recommendation

To be sure of hitting mortar joints and only mortar joints, you'll probably need to mount a framework first, then you'll be sure to see all the mortar joints. Then mount your prints to 6mm acm to prevent any waviness. Use the overlaminate boudica mentioned.
  6. Best option for printing onto aluminum blanks in scale?

Give them the various layers and tell 'em to have fun. It will cost the same to replace any parts over again....... or I could do it for a solid price. By the way, it's not a good idea to layer more than two layers, no more than three when using cast. Otherwise, it should be printed.

  15. Gold paint for large outdoor sign

What do you want..... bulletin or lettering ?? Bulletin is not for lettering at all, especially a metallic color. Most bulletins will last 10 years.
  16. Vinyl vs. Printing

Upstate new york is most likely the reason. When painting was the only vehicle for lettering, our stuff and most everyone else's would last between 15 & 20 years, but I had some that lasted 25 years quite easily. In fact there's one I was part of painting that's been up since late 1980s and...
