On our Seiko W-64, we have Neon Pink and Neon Yellow ink. To get the Neon Orange Color we overprint the two colors then we bump up the Vividness and Saturation if we want it darker.
The Neon colors don't last long for outdoor use even when laminated.
I went to a printing show a good 20 years ago and saw them printing directly to carpet using a flatbed printer.

If your cut files are deleting after sent to cutter you need to go to Production Manager. Click on setup at top left of screen then Setup Properties.
When Setup Properties open click on the drop down box and select HOLD then Apply then OK.
This will keep your cut file from deleting itself.
When power surges happen and the job does not finish printing or the media runs out before the job is done printing. I make contour cut only files.

It looks like some clogged jets.
Do a few head soaks and make sure your caps are in good shape, not warped or swollen.
Also check and clean your cables. Could be an electrical issue.
I use to screen print invitations, coasters and promotional pieces in the 90's on clear acrylics.
I would reverse the photo or artwork of the image then flood print over it with white or silver ink.
So if you have access to a screen printer you can flood over the image.
