Nothing to do with cooking. The question was weather latex fumes are "safe". I know I'm breathing VOC to some extent while printing, even with ventilation. But still choose to do it. Same with cooking. Still would not call it a safe thing to do in a small unventilated space.
I don't consider breathing any VOC to be safe. Imagine 20 years down the road developing problems from it. Think about long term.

If you don't have the EPS file anymore, the only thing VW will keep is a TIFF file and some special files that are only useable in VW. They are stored under C:\ProgramData\Roland DG Versaworks\Versaworks\Printers\Printer Name\Job-A
You can't drop the JPEG file you are trying in the screenshot. The file must be ripped by the printer and will be indicated with the printer/checkmark icon.
Goto control panel -> device manager and see if any errors listed under COM ports. If possible try a different parallel cable. It's also possible that parallel port went bad, in that case you can buy a USB to parallel cable, or a PCI parallel port card.
