Ink can drip from a single head or colour if the vacuum filter is blocked. If all heads drip, the reason is somewhere before the meniscus vacuum manifold - connectors, valves, tubings, pumps.

Draining the coolant system is a part of the head replacement procedure, so if you want to follow it, you must drain the coolant. Of course, you will do whatever you want.

Switch off the printer and try to reconnect all communication cables inside, maybe there's a lack of contact. If it won't help, I guess you need a technician to diagnose/fix the problem.

Looks like an internal data transmission problem. Try to rip a picture using only one pure colour (one of CMYK), maybe you'll find, which channel has a problem.

Are you sure that anything is missing? I would say that the shaft should be locked somehow to prevent such situations. Some Seeger ring? And what did you use to make these photos???
