  1. Oce Arizona 350GT power on but motion error

Seems that your printer can't move the gantry. Without deeper diagnostics, it's challenging to say why. It may be a problem with the motor, belt, coupling, or electronics.
  2. Need Help OCE 250GT print issue and do PTFE Micro Filters affect meniscus level?

Did the tech check/set the meniscus vacuum level and time of change with the external gauge? How old is the yellow ink pump? Was it replaced?
  3. Oce Arizona - White ink extreme dripping when printing floods

Are you sure the meniscus vacuum set point and range of changes are correct? The white ink is the heaviest of them all, and if the meniscus vacuum is too weak, white is the first to drip. You wrote that the problem arises after a few inches of print. I would check the meniscus vacuum set point...
  4. OCE Arizona 360GT Stops while printing

No. To check the carriage levelling you need some special tools - a very long (approximately 30 cm length) 3 mm hex ball end screwdriver, carriage levelling screws set and two feeler gauges - 1.2 and 1.5 mm. And of course, you need the SDS key. You should put the carriage in the specific...
  5. OCE Arizona 360GT Stops while printing

After the Z-axis motor replacement, you have to check the level and, if required, relevel the carriage. In theory, during the initialization, the carriage should be levelled, but very often, it isn't if there is a problem with one of the motors. Encoders installed on each motor should show...
  6. Arizona Ink Vacuum System Problem

Of course, you can try, but imho it's a waste of time, you may make it much worse than it is now. Sometimes required changes are very subtle, sometimes you have to do the full rotation of the valve screw - that's why the gauge is required.
  7. Arizona Ink Vacuum System Problem

To adjust the meniscus vacuum you need a vacuum gauge connected to the vacuum tubing with the T connector. There are two parameters to be adjusted: - meniscus setpoint (value, which should be maintained in the system) - time required to change the meniscus value from maximum to minimum (vacuum...
  8. Need Help Fujifilm Acuity Advance Select ink vacuum system problem

Ink can drip from a single head or colour if the vacuum filter is blocked. If all heads drip, the reason is somewhere before the meniscus vacuum manifold - connectors, valves, tubings, pumps.
  9. Printing United This week.

Drop size matters, of course, but it depends on what you print, which substrate, and so on. I don't deny that the 4 pl droplet provides good details.
  10. Printing United This week.

I was trained in Inca Digital at Cambridge as a service engineer a few years ago. Does it count as "any experience"?
  11. Printing United This week.

Remove the corrugated and put the acrylic on the table - that's all. In my first post, I wrote that I knew the cost difference. And I know that 15000 sqft/h is more than 4000, so it's not "the most productive true flatbed". That's my point.
  12. Printing United This week.

Well, the former Inca Onset X3HS (now it's Agfa Onset Grizzly X3HS) is also a true flatbed and its printing speed is up to 15000 sqft/h (1450 sqm/h). It's a little bit more than your 4000 sqft/h... I don't want to compare these two printers, as Onset is probably much more expensive, but "the...
  13. reviving print heads on UV flatbed

A few years ago I did an ultrasonic cleaning of the heads taken from the Fujifilm Acuity (the same model as Oce 360GT). 5 heads were cleaned, each with at least 5 missing nozzles. All nozzles were recovered. All these heads worked after the cleaning for a year (they all collapsed within one...

  15. Procedure for draining coolant from Arizona 2280

Draining the coolant system is a part of the head replacement procedure, so if you want to follow it, you must drain the coolant. Of course, you will do whatever you want.
  16. Flora pp2512uv

Switch off the printer and try to reconnect all communication cables inside, maybe there's a lack of contact. If it won't help, I guess you need a technician to diagnose/fix the problem.
  17. Flora pp2512uv

Maybe if you print just with a single channel (i.e. C), there will be no problem as other channels won't receive any data?
  18. Flora pp2512uv

Looks like an internal data transmission problem. Try to rip a picture using only one pure colour (one of CMYK), maybe you'll find, which channel has a problem.
  19. How do I fix this? Overspray and ink texturing FB700

Did you check the heads calibration?
  20. Drive shaft on fb500 falling off

Are you sure that anything is missing? I would say that the shaft should be locked somehow to prevent such situations. Some Seeger ring? And what did you use to make these photos???
