We love our Gerber Edge and have used Frog Juice since it first became available to finish them It not only gives some UV protection it also "popped" the colors nicely and gave a nice gloss. But now they have been sold and I am not happy with the new version, something changed. It's much harder...

You say it will have spacers, so can you use pre tapped acrylic mounting blocks? You should be able to get them in a day. Is mounting with tape an option? That would be east to fix, glue or tape spacers to the back and put tape on them. Whatever you do the paper template should work for...

Anyone have a source for custom cut .125" aluminum blanks with diamond grade sheeting. Grimco apparently only has Hi Intensity. I have a quote request to Hall Signs, but their web site doesn't show diamond grade either. Thanks
