  1. Orange printed as Red on corriboard. Anyone know why and can it be salvaged?

If you can get someone with a plotter you could cut that in orange vinyl and drop it right on top.
  2. Orange printed as Red on corriboard. Anyone know why and can it be salvaged?

A1? I had to look it up, less than 2'x3', over here that would either be a flatbed print, cheapest or digital print vinyl on coro still cheap. Definitely talk to the printer
  3. Orange printed as Red on corriboard. Anyone know why and can it be salvaged?

How big are these? I'm wondering why they were expensive and if they really were screenprinted, usually screen printing is reserved for a large run not 4 pieces. And you are in Ireland, did it not occur to the vendor that it was an Irish flag, not Italian?
  4. Looking for a particular stock vector flag art

Looks like some on 123RF...but when you wrap like that it's a little hard to tell whatthey started with.
  5. I am stumped with this job

Commercial greenhouse handle this problem like Andy said Wildwest said, with fabric covering on the outside. Anything on the inside won't keep the heat out unless they make a permanent change to the panels and they don't want to do that.
  6. Question Need Help With Masonry Identification

    Looks like polished concrete
  7. Do you ever bump customers on your schedule for other jobs?

When we make a commitment to a deadline we do very thing in our power to keep it...other than that our schedule is fluid, adjusting as needed. We have a lot of repeat customers and they get taken care of.
  8. Cut Vinyl Pricing

If you are talking about one piece you need to have a minimum unless it can wait to be done with other stuff. I hate little jobs like that, even with a minimum they are loser. You take the order anywhere from 5 to 15 minutes (if you're lucky), set up the design cut file, another 5-15 minutes...
  9. Discussion Have ya gotten the feeling......................

I was thinking about something along those lines today...when was the last time a young kid came in your shop, saw what you were doing and said how cool it looks to be doing that...could I learn how. Nope, all they see is a bunch of computers and big printers and they already "know how to do that".
  10. Fun hand made sign

    Great job
  11. Just In Not really hand made..................

I remember doing vinyl awnings with vinyl screen ink thinned to lettering consistency...the smell was atrocious
  12. No-Maintenance Exterior Sign

as has been said the only signs that come close to that are Expen$ive. The subsurface fiberglass signs used at parks & zoos are one example and even they only have like a 10 year warranty. For the average customer a factory finished panel like dibond with cut cast vinyl graphics is going to...
  13. Suggestions which vinyl to use on back-lit sign

If it's the whole thing I would do a day/night print. Then when they change they could possibly knife out the panel getting changed.
  14. MDO Edges

We tried it all over the years. Exterior wood glue, paintable chaulk, epoxy...they all were about the same.
  15. Suggestions Clear tint paint over brushed aluminum

I would try a place like this. They have helped me out with custom color rattle can paints. They may be able to a transparent paint. https://www.myperfectcolor.com/About-us/5.htm
  16. Suggestions Clear tint paint over brushed aluminum

How big are they? I agree with spraying a tinted clear (sample first of course). If they're small finding a rattle can with the right look would be great. Bigger will require spraying. You can set up a temp "booth".
  17. Quality of aluminum composite material

I haven't noticed any great differences when using it for flat panels. Those who bend it do, the cheaper grades crack and split. I know I worry about the manufacturer changing things without any real notice. The aluminum faced plywood was sold as a replacement for painted MDO and at first it was...
