Installation and training is done by different people, 2 days install and 2 days training. Mine was installed on Monday and Tuesday and I was trained the next week although I started printing right after install. You should double check when the training will be, should be separate from the install
Around there for service contract, there are a couple of different service options, the more expensive ones come with a bigger printhead discount and the most expensive plan includes 1 printhead per year (you are basically prepaying a printhead) MSRP for printheads is $4200 and the machine has 8...
You can't do any service on the machine, even techs have to have a usb key that headquarters generates for your call. Techs can't go "rouge" (the printer is connected to Canon servers, not required but recommended for quicker tech service as they can remotely diagnose machine)
First year of...
I use ShippingEasy and it pulls orders from walmart, etsy, amazon, bigcommerce and shopify. You can view orders from each sales channel separately and there is no limit to how many stores you can connect it to, works with all major ecarts.
Not sure if your customers want you to see all of their...

14 busy rolands = $14k ink use per month (geniune roland ink as you say). You can cut that number in half and reduce labor by switching to a production printer
with that volume of printing you can have significant savings by changing from the Rolands. You need to step up to production machines, ink and labor savings.
what per sq/ft price are you selling them at?
Get 3 of these to replace the 14 rolands and cut your ink cost in half. Will also be significant labor savings operating 3 printers vs 14

Have you talked to a gf rep? if you buy from lets say fellers have you asked grimco to beat that price etc? I use that vinyl too and don't remember the price going up by more than 10%
If you are printing that much get rid of the rolands and buy a colorado 1650, will pay for itself in ink...
It has AVERY DENNISON ICS WARRANTY CERTIFICATION
"When combining UVgel 460 inks and Avery Dennison media and laminates, customers have the confidence that their printed applications will last up to eight years outdoors and up to 11 years indoors."
Canon is also did some unlaminated vs...
Max speed video I made a while back, this is sellable quality at 1700sqft/hr but most of the stuff I print is at around 400sqft/hr settings (looks better than highest quality settings on latex or ecosol)
I've owned mine for a little over a year.
100% worth it, it will pay for itself in ink savings if you are printing alot. I'm at 5.9 cents/sq ft after printing 350k sqft. I went from spending 3.5k per month on ink on my rolands to 1.5k on ink per month for the Colorado. that savings more than...
