Not changing from the Ricoh's - just adding more of them. I need the quality plus the increase in throughput I can get with the 20 head model vs. an 8 head model.

We just do a single layer of color followed by a double-hit pass of white followed by a pass of 4 color - all inline with the UV flatbed. Takes a little longer but its a one step process and looks nice. Doing it this way you can also put in some cool watermark effects.

IMHO - of the two choices - Multicam would be the way to go for what you will be doing. The suggestion that was offered to find cabinet shops or woodworking shops to get their opinions is a good one. Have both AXYZ and Multicam give you a list of 10 local clients (within 100 miles) - that have...
