If you print, remove the the vinyl from the printer, and then put it in without laminating, is cutting any better? Sometimes the gloss level of a laminate can cause issues. If this is the case, try to put some matte tape over the registration marks.

We have a JV330 8C in our demo room. Good print quality, great speed. The odour of the inks is a bit more pronounced. Funny thing is that everyone I demonstrate it to, is that they ask if it's possible to get it without the XY trimmer.

At 6 pass solid colors can give banding, depending on the hue.

Print at 8 pass HQ, and banding is normally gone. Still there? A few cleanings will surely help.

You can use RawWhite and RawClear as spot colors. Works better in Rasterlink 7 than 6 Plus.
