Varies according to the item. Like a bag of concrete is cheap, but we have to spend the time to pick it up. Something that gets delivered to our shop by a vendor doesn't have any added cost. And more expensive an items can be way more profitable with a smaller percentage mark up.
ACM would be OK for this application. You will have to sand the edges after cutting, and if they drop it, it won't break. I would use 1/2" gatorfoam for tradeshow signs a lot. It's light and strong, but can be broken of mishandled.
Like the storefront, hate the sign (and name). Looking at their website they have a ton of experience in garments & wraps. They have no signs in their portfolio
yep what they said....it's one thing to do a one off for a customer, that usually can be gotten away with, but to be out there marketing on the web you will probably get caught. and depending on who catches you it could put you out of business and worse.
I have done a few. I used reverse edge print on matte lexan for one.
Printed decals with clear for another.
Of your options I think print on wrap vinyl and matte lam (applied to a painted surface) is a good and simple choice
Depends on the budget. If the current sign is in good condition I would clean, paint frame if needed and reface with ACM or just apply a print over it.
The bigger the magnet the bigger the problems. That combined with a decline in quality of both magnets and metal. And the recommendation to remove and clean under them is great, except in cold weather. Unless the cleaning and installation is done inside the cleaning fluid may freeze before it...
If it were a few panels that's what I'd do, but with the quantity I'd rather not. I have found one manufacturer (Alupanel) that has a dark blue ACM (thanks Gary), waiting for a sample now
