what thickness of acrylic? is it a flat face or pan face? how many? also with this being non-illuminated I would go with another substrate.

what are the variables? are the files being designed by the same program and are the updates / versions the same for each program? is the file being ripped on different programs what about computers? I have seen the RIP program make a BIG difference in how files are printed.
