Essentially, offset is the distance between the sharpened point of the blade, and the center axis of the blade (upon which the blade swivels). The plotter "over travels" this amount each time it comes to a corner, thus giving you nice sharp corners. JB

Have you considered using nice, heavy, rack cards instead? They're somewhere in between, size-wise, and you can dress them up a bit with embossing or foil stamping so they really pop. JB
