thanks for the reply, I too cut from a sign program lol , Flexisignpro so I don't think the program is the issue..., I have also an old PNC1600 and it cuts circles perfectly and effortlessly and nothing like the GX-24 using the same software the same shapes... Perhaps you're not understanding...

I get wave pattern on the vinyl when set to 31 front and back using 3m IJ180 I have been using 29 -30 heat setting to eliminate that printing 8 pass 720/720 but then I heard some othe people with other printers using up t0 42 and even higher.... this is the reason I ask, banner is fine at 35/35...

I thought it would be greyed out or not even there in the scanvec res selection, after all the printer specific driver had been loaded , you would think it would eliminate unreachable print mode from displaying lol thanks, Drew
