Go to "EDIT > PREFERENCES" Under tools > goto "CUT/PLOT" Uncheck the box that says "USE TCPIP" Send the job. If that dosen't work, then do a "Clear Preferences" and then go back and uncheck the box. JT

I had the same symptoms and it turned out to be the damper. If the cleanings don't work, I would consider the dampers before replacing the head. 30.00 for damper vs thousands for a new head. JT

Are you sure the cut line is not there? Sometimes you can't see the marching ants unless you zoom in closer. Did you do a test to see if it actually cuts ? I'm not sure about Illustrator, but maybe you need to draw a seperate cut line after creating the gradients. jt
