4 deg doesn't seem too much of a difference. Did you try to raise the value and see if the temp goes up ? Raise it at the control panel on the printer, but if using versaworks, the printer can be overridden by the software

Couldn't you install Thunderbird and use that for your mail. I believe it will read your old e-mails in to that. I'm not totally sure about that so you need to do your research on it. I think Shovelhead is well versed in Thunderbird, so I would take his advise.
