if you are setting this building up to run only wraps, then go with an HP latex. this will allow you to print and immediately laminate with zero out-gassing
what type of file are you using to print? PDF is notorious for having hidden layers which will be counted when you have the design selected but not be printed.
are you changing the size in the RIP? do have lock ratio on?
There are several reasons for this to happen
we use a Roland Eco Sol printer but the process is the same
start with clear, imprint mirrored image, apply white vinyl to the clear (you can either apply it and then print or print and then apply) we usually apply and then print then contour cut the decals
for a MUCH MUCH easier process...
the other point is the lamination.
does it have UV protection in it, I know some lamination does NOT the UV added to it and is very misleading when used as a protective film.
WOW, yeah that very high for vinyl cutting.
like Gino stated, with this much material being cut and on a regular bases, buy your own equipment. or at the very least find a new vendor

when we do long runs with out Drytac we have found adding tension to the feed in helps A LOT.
loose wind the material, lay it in the tray and then place an empty thick walled cardboard core on the spooled off portion, this keeps tension as it feeds into the machine.
