    Oh yes, I had the problem where it wouldnt work correctly when centered. I always put it in the lower right corner and never had a issue when doing it like that.

    They probably just pulled a answer out of the air. If they cant do tests in person then they really cant find the exact cause. Have you tried changing the USB cable? Probably not the problem, but at this point you seem to be running out of causes.

    so the CE5000 is doing the same thing? Then i would say it isnt the cutter that has an issue. I am running a mutoh 1204 and graphtec FC8000 (aka Q54) with flexi 10.5 and windows 7. No issues

    This is matte banner. one pic shows a straight on shot with flash on camera, and the glare is just barely noticeable.

    i have a 60,000btu kerosene heater, heats up my garage in ten min. also installed a modine "hotdog" 30,000btu propane heater a couple years ago, but hardly use it now.

    sometimes i wait to laminate, sometimes i dont. depends how fast i need the job done. But havnt had any issues.
