    I cant really answer that, since out of the 3 laminators I have ever used, they were all cold laminators. two were royal sovereign, and my current one is a old GBC Titan that i pick up used for just under a grand. (I believe it used to have heat assist but no longer works)

    Find somebody that has access to car auctions and get a bucket truck cheap. I got my old verizon 97 bucket truck for only $3500. (half the price i have seen them selling for on craigslist for the same year/make/model) I rent out my truck for $100 first hour, $50 each additional hour, 1 hour minimum.
