again as the others state the amount of bleed is depending on the installer and another factor is how are you paneling the wrap. Vertical or horizontal
also you need to be careful to give enough bleed on all sides as this will allow the installer to adjust the alignment
If you have a N Glantz near you, would suggest trying their beBond ACP, so far it has been very good with a mirror smooth finish

I'm lost, what does forks have to do with graphics? are you hydro-dipping them? or using them in a design?
