    we have done menus before and the easiest way to to them is print to a heavier stock paper and then pocket lamination them. That way they are in a sealed pocket so easy to clean and safe to get wet. instead of creasing them, move to large piece of paper, say a 11 x 17 with a 2 sided imprint...

    we have used 651 on slanted / tinted glass here in TX and have not seen that issue before, especially in the time-frame you are listing. I'm an curious how old the 651 roll is, I'd also ask how the vehicle was cleaned after vinyl install, or where it was parked, looking at the glass there...

    +1 you need to be or have a master electrician to do this work. Especially if you are wanting to list it as UL and more importantly do it safely regarding the cabinet you got, send it back to the supplier and have them add the correct number LEDs or get a local electrician to add them for you
