  2. Big job....

+1 to having the removal disclaimer for the pricing, if it is all printed (no layering or alignment of multiple colors) we would be around 15SQFT including install. travel time will be your shop hourly rate. if it is cut vinyl (layering or having multiple alignments) that will jump the price...

  4. Printed Vehicle RTA material?

If it is a solid decal with no contour cutting, then we do not put a mask or back slit. We print out the 3M install instructions that show how to prep, hinge, and apply the graphics. RA vinyl does make it EASY for installation, no bubbles and positionable, however RA does need to be posted...

I understand the importance of installing safe signs. Phototex works good for indoor walls. NOTE: if there is any texture to the wall get the extra adhesive as it will hold better. you mention "dinning area" make sure that there is no edge for the people to pick at, as phototex is fairly easy to remove from the walls MikePro comments on the tile...
  15. Cutting .125 aluminum?

Howdy, the shop we outsource our metal cutting to has shut down and are not selling their equipment. So now we are trying to find a way to cut the materials in house, as the next shop with cutting capabilities is over 60 miles away. as it stands right now the thickness material is .125 mill...
