Hi guys, I have flexi pro ver 11 and the design central pop up is not working have had this happen once or twice before but can't remember what the fix is anyone know?

wondering if anyone has any ideas of what may be causing the x axis streaks. just starting doing this it seems to be light dark thing. These are much bigger than the usual y axis streaks from nozzel getting plugged.

am using flexi 10.5 and printing to a valu jet. am trying to print a file 46" x 7" it prints it at about 1.75" instead of 7". it prints shorter files fine but even just a long rectangle gets printed quite a bit smaller. have tried changing the material size etc... can't figure it out anyone...

am looking for answers to why flexi sign pro dxf files come into other programs segmented. I have a vender using a laser with corelx5 and he says my files are coming in segmented and he has to go in an join the segments. anyone encountered this?

wondering if anyone has had a problem where the heaters just decided not to work anymore. I was getting a message just before this that one or more of the ink cartridges were not original but they all are original. other than that everything seems to work ok the heaters just aren't coming on.

went to change out the waste tank and the sensor dropped down. I can't figure out how it goes back in does anyone know where there is a picture of how it is supposed to be reinstalled? I can see where it goes but how can't get it to clip in or stay there anyway

Have a mutoh falcon outdoor and turned it on this morning and it just has eight bars showing on the led and all the lights on. I'm thinking this is a power issue so took off the control led board thinking it may have a static charge but that didn't help. anyone else had this issue?

our falcon outdoor won't print. am using flexi for the rip and it sends it to the printer. the printer starts receiving the file and it proceeds to act like it is going to print the head moves about an inch and then it stalls. the green indicator light continues to blink for receiving data...

our falcon outdoor has a problem with feeding the vinyl. the vinyl stutters and appears to be hung up and then the printer won't feed. has anyone encountered this before. I'm wondering if the print feed motor is going. any help would be appreciated

found out my heaters weren't working and discovered the ribbon that connects to the heater control panel was damaged. I luckily had an extra ribbon on hand and connected it up but nothing lights up on the heater panel and of course the heaters aren't working. otherwise the printer works fine...
