select contour cut and select with holes

when i make a rectangle say 12x12 i send to plot and it is cutting 11.75x11.75 does anyone know why this is doing this or is there a setting in production manager that i need to change??? thanks shane

i was 30 feet up drilling holes into concrete for truck bay signs on one of those jaws ladders and the metal peeled back and it started to fold in half so i threw the drill and jumped...Landed on my side and hit my head off the concrete woke up in ER couldn't remember anything from a few weeks...

i figured it out i moved the plotter 2ft over and it stopped working , there was a light shining in the eye in the new location causing it not to read turned off the light and works thanks for the reply

I turned on my plotter today its an older 54" not sure of the model im out today but when i load media and hit 1 for getting width and starting point it just keeps feeding the media out the back instead of stopping with an inch or so left any ideas thanks Shane

krylon use to work a few years back

try looking into dye sublimation a lot cheaper to get into and you can make tons of stuff, just the shirts have to be light and 100% poly

went to plot today and production manager is making my designs appear bigger than they are but it plots the right size but PM says its around an 1/8 bigger and weed boarder is off... any ideas Shane.

i have a job to install a crezone sign to a block wall would you just use tapcons through the wood into the brick then cover with a white vinyl circle or would you put up wood strapping horizontally and use wood screws through the sign into the straps and cover heads with vinyl thanks shane
