    all of my printers and computers are working fine except for the roland? anyone have any answers? i start up versa and it says that it's not connected

  4. problems with connection

    does any one have problems with gerber edge printer receiving sign from computer. old computer died so got new one and cannot get edge to print. it says it is going to printer but printer does not regonize the signal. help.

  5. versaworks problems

    we just got a roland sp-540v and have versaworks set up but it says the stauts is incomplete. tryed reinstalling it many times still won't work. It was working the day we got it though. But we had a problem with a router and had to unplug the cables since then it has not worked. Any ideas
