Wow I wasn't expecting all this! Thanks so much for all the great suggestions! I really like tiki's idea, the "M" is less radical which helps the eye from jumping around. Also everything stands out on the black background, which was not thought of. I'm going to give that a try!

I received a little bragging rights on this one. It won first place in ISA (Illinois Sign Association) I just wanted to show it off even though some you will probably rip it apart, anyway I was pleased on how it turned out.
I scaled his name down and replaced the font with a Helvetica which I modified a little. Also tweaked the "M" to make it more uniform. Not sure if I'm getting the balance right or not?
I understand where your coming from, and have thought about the same. Although the majority of people who will notice are the ones who work in the medical field. The customer didn't mind so I'm going to roll with it.
This is the customers favorite out of the ones I sent. Orange and black are the colors chosen by the customer. The main concerns is he wants "Medical Supply" to stand out more than his name. I beleive he is still on the fence. What could I correct to make this really stand out to him?
I have 9 jobs that are ripped. Most of them are under 6 MB file size.

I ripped a bunch of jobs before I left last night. Return to work and the working disk is maxed out at 100%. Tried ripping more jobs and gives me the error message:

Ok, we just had a bad paper jam and now it doesn't detect the media correctly. I have 38" material loaded in it right now, but tells me I have 53". I'm pretty sure I need to get to the media sensor and clean it. I have no idea where it is or what it looks like. Please help!
