We did flush the lines that was one of the first things he did. Got rid of all of the aftermarket inks. Then replaced basic less expensive parts. Now all that is left are the print heads.

We are producing these vehicle decals for a client that we are shipping in batches around the country. These are not going on magnet backs.

Our roland isnt dead 100% it is just not printing correct. We can still contour cut as our cutter is working fine on the roland. Only the print quality is off.

Gemini is a great company and have seen them referred many times. We currently don't offer these but would like to dabble. Issue we find is sample images of the types of signs we can offer, where to get these images as we haven't done any so we don't have anything to show.
