I make the image in photoshop and exported like TIFF to rasterlink, and nothing I dont know if theres something the I have to do to the image in photoshop before exported to rasterlink.

I agree with "BMW ante", we do not recomended cheap head for your mimaki, 1200 sound like a fair price, remember that with original parts you avoid problems. sorry can't be more helpfull!!!

Hi!!! we used rasterlink 4 in our JV33 and we have a profile tarpaulin 540x720 4 pass, it came whit the printer in a profile cd with more than 10 diferent profiles. we use ss21 too, bye.

It´s looks like youre printhead is clogged, there is a way to wash the head manually taking of the damper and flush the head but only the tech guy has done that in our printer. But in this tread theres a procedure tha maybe can help you, look what Vinylman said!!

Hi Mersid03! Your problem can be cause by a lot og things, You can start by doing a nossle wash for about 45 minutes and a strong cleaning. If your problem is still the same maybe you have to take a close look to the capping station for inperfection ( you have to look with a...

you may try to do an ink pump wash, maybe is clogged with ink, or try to look close the capping because once we have a problem like that and it was the capping station that don´t seal the head completely and we lost color.
