Can anyone tell me or send me a link on how this is done please. I was told here is a way to do it through service menu and also manually and this is hopefully my last step to getting my unit going and back to work. Thanks.
Ok I found the issue with the colors not printing from right hand side head. F2 fuse was bad and has since been replaced. Everything is almost good with the exception of some printing that's a bit out of whack. Any suggestions? Here's a pic.
So today I swapped caps, manifolds, o- rings and dampers as well as run solvent and fill with Roland inks. I'm having an issue with the yellow and magenta not printing. I can pull though lines with a syringe. When it prints all I get is a faint gray and no color.
Ok ordered the roland flush cartridges as well as caps and dampers and one manifold that had a crack on nipple that was barely on there. Will do full flush then replace everything and try new inks see how it turns out. Thanks all for the help.
Like title says, I've recently switched from third party inks back to Roland because the third party had issues. Black appears gray and the cyan and yellow are not even there. Any help would be appreciated. Also had replaced the manifold due to a broken nipple. Thanks. Unit is a SP-300V
I'm a bit stumped on this one. Customer wants me to place a logo on his plastic ice chest on printable media. The surface is pretty bumpy. Any sugestions? Thanks.
Thanks for the help. Looked like some ink was backed up on the caps as though they were clogged so ran some solvent throug them and played with the lines as well as soak and clean the head and problem went away.
Thanks. I am using second party inks and one might be low. Ill check that tomorrow. I replaced all the dampers about a week ago. Unit is a Versacamm SP300V by the way.
Hi i have recently replace the dampers and o rings in the brass fittings in my machine to address an issue which would cause my lines to get air. I started printing but I see that it has some cross contamination. It will only do it once the machine starts pringing then goes back to normal. If I...
Ive tried the Flex Tattoo but the colors are way off when I print onto the material. I've used their recomended settings but still a bit dull. How were the colors on the Roland Material and the Sihl material?
Have a customer that wants some graphics on a his 18 wheelers just thought I'd ask the experts in here for a bit of help on what I should charge. The "A" in the graphics would be done on my digital printer the res would be on the cutter.
I will be making the Assured Logistics on both sides as...
Printing improved quite a bit. Blacks are more solid and other colors seem brighter. Going to do another head soak in the morning and hopefully see some more improvement.
Well did the head soak and a couple of medium cleans and wow what a difference in prints. Here's test sheet after head soak. Thanks a lot for the help.
