I did a print job, laminated it and now I am trying to send a contour cut. When i send the contour cut I receive an out of memory error. I uninstalled and reinstalled flexi and i am still getting the message. Has anyone experienced this and how can i fix it. Thanks! Jay

Is anyone using a CX-24 cutter? My computer crashed and i am trying to get back up and running. Can anyone give me the correct COM port settings. I have it setup but can't poll the cutter for Page Size. This has happened in the past and i know it is a COM setting. Any info would be great...

Has anyone tried to upgrade their computer to the Windows 7 OS? When i try to load the VersaCamm drivers I keep getting and error message about spoolss.dll missing. I believe it is the driver i am trying to load since it is giving me the message on 2 diff computer running windows 7.

I keep blowing F3 fuse. I was just told it could be a transistor on the mainboard, a Servo, the print carriage, print cables or the print head. Do anyone know how i can test any of the above to try to determine where the problem is. thanks!

that's what i figured it was a short somewhere. All the ribbon cables look good. how can i check the transistor on the main board? I have a ohms meter...thanks!

Hi Guys....well I got some fuses in and replaced F3. I printed a test and it looked good so i ran a small print. After that I enlarged it to what i needed and about 1/2 way through the print it didn't look right. I did another test print and no Blue or Black. Looks like it blew again. Any...

I just did a continuity check with my meter. F2 was fine. I got nothing with F3. Can anyone confirm F3 is the fuse for Black and Cyan? Also, who would i contact to order them? thanks everyone!
