Does anyone know of a supplier that would make a decal similar to like a waterslide decal. Or if anything even exists like that. It would be going on white metal. I guess would be similar to like a sublimated transfer but without the sublimation. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Try not putting you outer pinch rollers so close to the edge of the media. Can you raise your heads?

Not on a super entry line one, or hand crank small one. Royal sovereign are about the least expensive I’ve used, and I still think they are over 5k. We use Seal laminators, but they will be over 10k

Get a laminator. Even if just a non electric hand crank style. You’ll never get good quality doing it that way

We have also switched to the 6460 over the 1105 with great success. Best combo I’ve used. We have been using it exclusively for almost 2 years now.

Try taking some dryer sheets that you would use in a clothes dryer, and rubbing them on the back of the sheet. They get rid of the static pretty well. You could also lightly drag them over the front. Just don’t completely wipe them on the front side. We have had good success with them removing...

We always cut those rubber stripes out also. Those you always have to do slowly and carefully to get a good clean even cut.

And also now that I'm looking at it on a bigger screen. I see it has horizontal seams on the vinyl. Did you face the overlap up? I look like you did. If so, that is also a problem. Make sure if you are going to do a horizontal seam, you face the overlaps down. That will probably cause...

The wrap needs to be cut at every seam in the metal. Always. Now as far as fixing goes, you can cut the seam, and try to lift it up and let it dry. Since it is only a month old, I’d just remove that piece and replace. Chalk it up as a learning experience and make sure the rest of the seams...

I’ve never had issues getting them. If you purchase a decent amount of the products, just ask the reps for them. I usually get 4-5 of each at a time without any hassle.
