Not sure where to go with this and Grimco is a bit slow responding. This pic is on Avery 1005 but it happens on all vinyl medias. (Only really see it on dark heavy coverage though)
We have:
Replaced all printheads
Increased vacume in profile
Increased heat
Tried other profiles
Printhead...
That would be awsome. Any issues on acrylic though? 3M had a material but they said no to acrylic with it.

Working on a interior project at a office. I need 13" letters routed out of wood and stain finished. BUT, they also want the letters to have a halo from leds.
Suggestions? Gemini and Letters Etc said no.
