Thank you for the response. I have new dampers/captops/wipers on the way. I will change those things out and look over the head while I'm replacing the black head. Anything in particular I should look out for that would make the head unrecoverable?

Obviously the black print head needs replaced, but whats up with the cyan? Fixable or should i replace it to?

Here's a reference to what I'm talking about. Both files were saved out of photoshop, eps on the right with pdf on the left. Notice the offwhite box on the right with the eps where it is printing instead of just staying true white.

Versaworks won't open a PNG, TIFF gives the same results (printing off white) as the jpeg out of photoshop. Seems as though the only (versaworks friendly) option out of photoshop that doesnt mess with the white is a pdf but I don't like the print quality with it. Was hoping it might have been...

Took battery out of main board with main power unplugged for a few minutes and that fixed it. Must've had pinch rollers down at the beginning when I was going through everything is the only thing I can think of.
