    Check your ribbon cables and connections for ink and/or scorching or poor seating. They could have been slightly dislodged in transportation and joggled loose with the printing/nozzle checks.     Take a meter and measure resistance to see if the fuse is truly bad. You can do that with the board still in. If so, just get a cheap axial fuse and solder across the old one. I too recommend taking the board out to do the soldering.

    You need to make sure there's ink getting to the head. Pull ink from the bottom of that cap line with a syringe. If it's not getting ink that's one thing (pump, bad seal, damper seating, etc), if it's getting ink and not firing then it's likely electrical. What printer is this question about?
