I replaced the maintence station, still the same. 1. I used aftermarket dampers, the $8 ones, the mutoh ones are $80. Are there issues with these aftermarket ones? 2. In the service manual it says that you need to buy a $300 jig and pump cleaning solution into the damper before you replace...

So thinking about it, black and magenta are on the outside of the maintence station. It was brand new though. Is there adjustments, perhaps its not sealing properly to pull enough ink into the damper.

Here's some pictures. Prints everything fine but solid colors. Solid colors are bad, blue has a red hue in random spots.

The settings on my printer accidentally were reset when I replaced the maintenance station. Everything prints fine, nozzle check looks good, but there's a lot of red/purple in the blues. Other colors look great. Is there anything specific I need to check or change in my profile?

Like I said, if they just don't support it that's fine. It's another to rig the software so it doesn't work and all they have to do is provide a code which you paid for.

I did not. They just kicked out my registration code as soon as I opened wasatch with the internet on. Once i found the registration code it worked. However the company won't give you your code anymore if you don't have it. They provide it via email. Also they don't even let you download...

Has anyone had this issue. We do a lot of manual cutting, holding the button down for 2 seconds. One day it just stopped working. It's a software issues not mechanical. It just doesn't react when you hold the cut button for 2 seconds. Is there a setting that disables the manual cut?

It's a mutoh 1324. We are moving it, about 8 hours of driving. Two completely different answers haha. I was just going to do the long store to be extra careful. I figured $150 bucks is probably worth it to make sure nothing bad happens. Leaving it overnight though unplugged.
