Received our parts today and prepared to replace head. Printer would not allow us to enter "service mode". Kept getting message, "Service Mode Protected".
We tried the right, left, up, down ......key code until the printer started a continuous beeping noise.
Need some help.
Can anyone give us...
We need a service manual or PDF instructions to enable us to replace one of our print heads. It's a VersaCAMM SP300. Also a recommendation where to purchase the replacement head and damper would be appreciated.
Thanks and I'll contact them Mon. for the ribbon and guides. If this doesn't solve the problem we need to purchase a printer head from them. Thanks for the recommendation.
Can anyone tell us of a supplier where we can order a carriage cable and guides for our Roland SP 300 VersaCAMM? Our original dealer is no longer in business. An online supplier will be fine.
Appreciate you folks very much.
Thanks, We appreciate your help. I think we have to select the specific print head we are replacing, #1 or #2 and in our case, the magenta/yellow I'm guessing is #2.
Thanks again
We Have a 10 year old Roland SP300 VersaCAMM and need to replace the magenta/yellow print head. Before we purchase the head and caps, would someone give us the key board code to select the specific (#2) print head? We would appreciate your help very much
Window Vinyl
Regards your question about bleed, the answer is yes. We are plotting within the ink due to the design. Oracal has also warned us about this issue and suggested we print then allow the ink time to dry before plotting. Since this customer's orders are small, we will try this while...
Need recommendations for a vinyl material that works well for printed decals to be applied to window glass on vehicles. We print on a Roland VersaCAM with Ecosol inks. Our current vinyl, when applied to clean glass curls at the edges after several month.
