    If laminating you need almost no overcoat. Is the laminate pealing off the edges of the arm? How can much tension is on film when applying? You should use cast film on arch. What is the ink coverage? Is it black background? Did you make a custom profile or are you using a canned profile?

    Why do you need banner to outta before putting in a retractable display? I use 10mil anti curl film in lieu of banner material. The s80 should be dry and ready to handle 3min after print finished. If blacks are wet you are laying down way too much ink 100/20/20/20 is all you need

    sorry for delay....the rails will absolutely devolve a bow from the carriage if the bushings wear out and printer is continuously run. This will leave the printer useless.
