Polycarbonate is Hygroscopic, maybe yours was stored in a better environment that some others. I have sold them all Sabic, Palram, Sheffield etc. all make the same claim. Not saying you cannot get away without the preheat but once you have trouble, this is what they will hit you with.

When real fluorescent green fades it goes very light. They must have added some organic pigment so that when the fluorescent fades there is still some green. Even with added UV inhibitors fluorescent rarely lasts more than 6 months.

Good article basically stating everything I have mentioned in the thread. UV inks have been used regularly for 40 years or so, none if this is new. I am surprised the equipment and ink manufacturers are not helping out their customers with handling instructions.

The Dawn soap you used has no lanolin. It appears you are sensitized to UV inks and may not be able to work near them. It is possible you got some on your skin, didn't get it all off when washing and were exposed to UV light. Usually starts with being itchy and progresses to a rash.
