I'm having a hard time getting vinyl over to transfer paper. I use transparent plastic transfer paper.
My cutter is set to minimal presser when cutting but i still have a hard time getting it over to transfer paper.
I was thinking would it make any difference if i changed the cutting blade...
I'm just wondering if anyone is using a zund and what blades everyone is using for different materials, foamex, card, paper, banner, etc.
the main blades we use are a standard type 6 and a z17 but theres lots we have not tried. is there any better ones we should have?

Have found a couple great places for router bits that do not cost $200/bit like the summa ones do but I haven't found anywhere to buy the replacement blades like the heavy duty knife etc... Any suggestions?

Hello its me again, I've seemed to fix most of my problems with my mimaki jv3 160 sp. still having a problem with all the heads not being aligned. but my boss doesn't want to do anything about it. (btw all I had to do was replace the pumps. and the ink flow came back, what a headache.)
