  1. DiBond Pricing for 2' x 3' with Reflective Lettering

Hello, I hate to ask but I'm not sure what to charge for 5 white DiBond 3mil 2' x 3' single sided panels with 3M Reflective black lettering and I'm installing all 5 at the same location on chain link fencing. I'm not sure what kind of hardware I'll be using so I'm just trying to figure out a...
  2. Question Maximum Size sign for DiBond panel with 2 Cement Buckets

In your experience, what's the max size a DiBond/Max Metal sign face can be and still only have (2) 5 Gallon cement buckets as anchors. We don't want it blowing away/falling. Thanks!
  3. To heat or not to heat

I have heard arguments both ways, to buy a heat assist laminator because when laminating printed material whether it's vinyl, Dibond or coroplast, heat assist produces a higher quality product. I've also been told that the benefits of heat assist are minimal and not worth it. What do you think?
  4. Need Help ISO Trade Sign Printer

I run a small sign and promotional products shop in Steamboat Colorado. We are looking for a direct print sign shop that can accommodate our business. We often only order 1 sign at a time and not more than 10 at any given time. Small but regular orders. Because of our varied weather conditions...
  5. Dibond Corrosion?

Has anyone seen this happen to brushed silver DiBond(assuming) before. The customer has turned to me for help. The shop that created these for him won't return his calls.
  6. Looking for best possible print res and cut quality on Dibond

I'm looking for a supplier for fine art pieces on 3mm brushed silver Dibond that contain very small text (5 pt). 7. cutting aluminum composite - dibond

So...We use a lot of 3mm Aluminum Composite. We try to cut on a panel saw. What is the best of the best blades to use? We have tried quite a bit of blades and the edges are always giving us a lot of trouble, even with de-burring tools. Anyone know of a blade that will cut it like butter and...
  8. Grommeting aluminum composite (aka Dibond, Alumapanel, Signabond, etc...)

I have tried for quite a long time (months) to properly attach grommets to 3/4mm aluminum composite material with no lasting success :banghead:. Mind you these are real estate yard signs that hang on S hooks that take quite a beating from wind and weather, we also chain the sign to the post on...
  9. Clear aluminum sandwich

I'm looking for a dibond-like material that has a clear core instead of a black core. Does this exist? Thank you, Sal
  10. Open/Close Sign on Dibond - Suggestions?

I have a customer who would like a 2' x 3' sign using dibond. The part I am getting stuck on is how to attach an OPEN/CLOSE sign that could be flipped around at their convenience. Should I attach readerboard tracks onto the dibond and use Sintra for the OPEN/CLOSE part? Confused on how to attach...
  11. 4'x4' signs hanging across snowmoible trail - need input!

I have a customer who wants numerous 4'x4' signs (their design - I would have made them rectangular) that they will be hanging OVERHEAD on snowmobile trails. Their plan is to use heavy ropes or chains from the corners to posts on the sides of the trail. I will be using laminated printed vinyl...
