Hi team,
I have two Graphtec Plotters that I would like to repair. The machines give the message of Position alarm error.

I would really appreciate it if someone who...

Our FC8600 has started to become less accurate. It drifts in accuracy after about 2-3 feet.
See my photos below.
The W is dead on but 2-3 feet down the roll the C has drifted by about 1/8 of an inch.
Does anyone know what we can do to solve this?
Our grit rollers seem to be clean and...
Hello, i have 2 FC8600s. When cutting perf one of the two makes a strange noise like the blade holder hits the bottom metal with force. Everything else works perfectly with extreme accuracy. Only when cutting perf this happens. Both cutters have the exact same settings on perf cutting.

I have a large wall graphic that I've printed using Onyx's tiling feature. I started cutting it on my Graphtec FC9000 and the first panel cut perfectly. However, when I went to start cutting the second panel, the cuts were shifted to the right by about 1/4".
I checked my arm alignment on the...
I'm having an issue with Onyx creating unwanted lines in my cut files. I've spoken with Onyx and they said it's a known bug that just happens sometimes if a cut line extends past the artboard when it's created in illustrator. Due to the complexity and size of this job and the number of times I'm...
