I’m looking to do a 14’x5’ polycarbonate backlit sign. The background will be non trans black with printed translucent copy.
I’m thinking the best way to do this might be to cut removable stencils then paint the sign, remove the stencils and install the new vinyl in place of the stencils.
Any...

I have a local firehouse that wants their 3/16 x 59" x 94" Yellow sign faces replaced. I have tried all of my suppliers and none of them have been able to help me I even tried Sabic but they only sell to wholesalers. Does anybody have any idea where I could find this?
Thanks for the help.

How do I get translucent substrate with the 90 degree angle on right and left side?
Thank you.

Does anyone know if the Markolon SL(SinLife) poly sheet has a vinyl/sun side? I am applying a tranlucent printed vinyl graphic on this and the panels are not marked as I have seen on other type sheets.
Ya know, I've been selling signs for about 4.5 years, and every time I email my supplier, my exact words are "whatever is cheapest" when asking for a quote for a tenant panel or pylon sign... But can anyone give me a definitive answer as to what the MAJOR differences are in Polycarbonate, VS...

We are soon going to install a 20' X 3' sign face in a lightbox. Box previously had a formed sign and we may have to cut away part of a center upright (Looks to be two light boxes placed adjacent to one another.)
Anyway, everyone on the shopping strip has a seamless sign of about 20' or so, so...
