printing problem

I have a Mimaki CJV150 which had a new printhead installed last year. Has been working fine up to about a week ago. The Test print shows that all nozzles are perfectly fine but the print comes out very grainy. Has anyone got any tips?

Hello, for three days I have had the same problem. I tried all the cleaning modes as well as the nozzles wash for 5 and 20 minutes. I also noticed an incorrect alignment on the MAGENTA. Please help me. Mimaki CJV150-160

Hi, I am printing on melamine (pressed wood) with my UV printer. But it isn't enough scratch proof. Is their a primer or something to use for it? Or a varnish? I am printing on a arizona with ijc-257 inks.
