I called them already, there min. is to high
I was making signs in 1988...how old do you think I am?
Judging by your avatar, assuming that is you, you look to be in your twenties...early thirties tops.
We cut aluminum in our panel saw all the time.
If the edge is an issue, a quick swipe with a file does the trick.
We also cut 080 shapes with a jig saw regularly, again a quick swipe with a file smooths out the burrs. When you don't have the time, or budget for a few pieces it does work.
On Monday morning at the shop....what kind of blade do you use? I'm not at work so I can't go look at the blade but we have a metal/plastic blade with small close together teeth and I just not happy with the edges. I cut alumalite and dibond with it and de-burr the edges but it still leaves a rasied edge
Old Paint agreed with the Mosh!!! Awesome!!!
