Absolutely not and I for one get sick of his pics going into every post he makes. To lazy to type so he just inserts usless pics with know meaning. I asked him to stop about a month ago, here is part of his response to me:

I've loved many a woman performing Fellatio... some entirely because of their performance... well, not entirely, but it helped
I didn't see the post, but a woman performing Fellatio, and an image of a woman performing Fellatio are 2 entirely different things... without even getting into transsexuals... and while many sexually explicit images would not be considered porn... none of them are appropriate here. (although I'm less offended to know now that it did not include a child)

Since we don't want kids influenced by stuff of this nature. Worse yet, have them think we condone it by entering a site like this adn seeing a pron,, And then some of us are employees and such content easily violates certain company rules.
That could lead to a termination. And yes. The image stays on the machine forever until it is deleted from the hidden content folder..
It is policy for some companies to examine the hidden content to check on who is looking at pron. So there is more to it than just an adult level image. As for banning,, no,, but a good warning to all would be better.
