Between 75 and 85% of all new jobs are created by companies with under 25 employees. We do not need to maintain a tax structure that is tilted so heavily in the favor of the largest corporations and against the true job creators.

When you have the power to DECREASE competition by actually writing the tax codes and laws in you own favor, you write them so that is very difficult for small companies to compete with you.

http://www.bloomberg.com/news/artic...l-among-corporations-helping-write-state-laws

• The tax breaks claimed by these companies are highly concentrated in the hands of a few very large corporations. Just 25 companies claimed $174 billion in tax breaks over the five years between 2008 and 2012. That’s almost half the $364 billion in tax subsidies claimed by all of the 288 companies in our sample. http://www.ctj.org/corporatetaxdodgers/sorrystateofcorptaxes.php

Earlier I said something about the sad part of all of this is..................... In actuality, the sickening part is... all the people who come on here with their half baked ideas and every sentence starts out with..... If...... I think, what about........ like........ and so on. Not a single formed thought. Just hocus-pocus about how humane you are and how IT SHOULD work in your eyes and the H*ll with what someone else thinks. Your way or the highway. Just socialist propaganda and hug-a-tree crap.

I don't care if the economy is being torn apart by wealth or selling out to overseas locations. It is what it is. It's a new world and if you don't get used to it, you'll get run over. The world economy... or whatever else you want to dissect it and call it..... it's here and it's here to stay..... for a while, til the next thing rolls into town. Whether our country conquers it or some 3rd world power does, we all have about the same level of doing it. A country's greatness is not measured by raw materials and it's workers, but by it deceitfulness..... and our politicians are very good at it, but towards their own people, rather than unifying and going up against other world powers. We've become a royal pain to the rest of the world and if you can't see or recognize, it, I have no clue as to what rock you've been under lately, but suffice it to say.... you ain't gonna be any help with America's future. Here, ya either having people living in the past from the 50s or 60s or people living in the present cyber-world, but don't have a clue as to what they're doing. Our country is so far behind 1/2 the world, it aint even funny. It's sad to see this once great power dwindle down to nothing, but living in the past.

This country has gone through a lot, but not near as much as Europe, Russia and Africa. They have learned to deal with now/today and they are seizing it. They have quite a few years of learning on us. Heck, we have our people turning it over to the enemy. Yep, we got something to really be proud of. Why for the sake of this country can't you all put this stoopid political crap aside and start acting as one united nation ?? Whether it's Hillary, Trump or Johnson or that hippie girl..... get rid of them all and let's unite under someone.... something and move forward without hurting each other all the time. Afterall, it is US, the people.

The way wealth is created is through banks. Don't quote me on numbers, but a bank only has to hold about 10% of it's deposits. The rest of their deposits, they can lend out to businesses, individuals, etc. Those individuals and business are theoretically supposed to invest their loans and then repay them with interest. So if you deposit $100, the bank holds $10, lends out the other $90. From that $90 that they lend out the bank makes, let's say a conservative $30 in interest, plus they get the principal back. So the bank turned your $100 deposit into a $30 profit, which they will reinvest elsewhere and continue the cycle.

Everything else discussed is merely the transfer of wealth from one party to another.

It isn't good for our economy that savings accounts don't pay interest anymore... interest rates need to rise.

Are you being deliberately obtuse?

Something must be produced to create wealth. Something which heretofore did not exist. Income can be produced by knocking over a gas station. Income has little to nothing to do with wealth.

In the diamond industry, by far, the largest 'wealth' is created by marketing - a service, not the diamonds themselves, or the true lack of scarcity, but by marketing to CONSUMERS.

If the Donald were not so smart and paid his taxes everything would be hunky-dorry

Not really. He is woefully uninformed and uneducated on the simplest of policy issues, how government works, the due process of how things go from ideas to final legislation. His numerous conflicts of interest and scandals should have disqualified him over a year ago, but in this Citizens Untied era with unlimited potential dark money spending on ads the media needed to compensate for the GOP's inability to field a credible candidate, so they turned a blind eye to it all and made this thing a horse race that we all will regret for years to come.

He has insulted, mocked and denigrated nearly every voting bloc in America and without the help of the media and his ego, would have been shamed out of this race almost 18 months ago.

Even today's breaking stories about his illegal dealings with Cuba while the trade embargo was in force or that his dad was an active member of the Klan will not likely sink him, but sooner or later, a large majority of reasonable, people of good will are going to on November 8th.

Trump is a man who has shown and done some wonderful things around the world and in this country. However, on the other hand, you have a person in your corner who has had symptoms and breakdowns of brain fades, which last for a minute or two.... loses her train of thought, doesn't want guns in our hands, but has an army surrounding her whom ALL carry guns. Around the world, she has botched almost every deal she's come in contact with from Benghazi to Libya to all of the such 'n' such gates following her around of how she's swindled millions. Yes swindled, deceitfully confiscated under the guise of people doing her dirty work. While Trump might not be the best candidate, Hillary is not worth a frickin' word she says. All lies. She's been in this business for some 25 years or so, but around it since the 70's, so she should know exactly how to handle things and all she's mastered is the art of a crafty, deceitful slimy politician.
It won't matter who gets in for some, but others will be grossly taken advantage of if she makes it.

All lies.

"Trump has built a cottage industry around stretching the truth. According to POLITICO’s five-day analysis, Trump averaged about one falsehood every three minutes and 15 seconds over nearly five hours of remarks.

In raw numbers, that’s 87 erroneous statements in five days."

You've lost your leg to stand on Gino.

"Certainly, Trump’s voluminous file is partly due to the fact that he simply talks more. His rallies this week were longer, his media appearances more regular. Clinton took two days off the trail for debate prep. But that doesn’t come close to accounting for the discrepancy.

Though Clinton spoke for less than half as long as Trump, extrapolating the frequency of her misstatements suggests that even if she, too, spoke for as many hours as Trump, he'd still surpass her nearly four times over."

I can't find anything on Google that shows Trump's dad as being a KKK member.

That's weird it popped right up for me.

https://www.washingtonpost.com/news...her-was-arrested-after-a-klan-riot-in-queens/

Did you know that the national hero, sign painter and folk singer Woody Guthrie once wrote a song about his landlord being a bigot? That landlord was none other than Fred Trump?

http://theconversation.com/woody-gu...-real-estate-empires-racist-foundations-53026

Or that Fred and his son Donald were sued and eventually fined by HUD for housing discriminating against minorities in buildings they received taxpayer backed loans for?

What's that old saying? "The fruit usually doesn't fall too far from the tree"

Nothing in the Post link says he was a Klan member. The parade had something to do with Protestants and the Catholic police.

It's not clear from the context what role Fred Trump played in the brawl. The news article simply notes that seven men were arrested in the "near-riot of the parade," all of whom were represented by the same lawyers. Update: A contemporaneous article from the Daily Star notes that Trump was detained "on a charge of refusing to disperse from a parade when ordered to do so."

Stop it Tim, you convinced me. I can only vote for him once.

Not if you were in Chicago. LOL

We all have our criteria. Embracing racism isn't one of mine and I'm positive it isn't one for a good sized majority of Americans.

There was a time when it took serious, highly accomplished, intelligent candidates to rise to the lofty heights of even considering a run at the presidency and you could expect the media to thoroughly vet your positions and flesh out whether or not you had the gravitas to be the leader of the free world.

This cycle has shown that those standards have gone to the wayside in exchange for the hundreds of millions if not billions the media expects to haul in from the manufactured perception of a horserace.

Almost a year ago, the most accurate prognosticators and political science experts put HRC at easily receiving 300 or more Electoral College votes if nothing changed from the 2008 or 2012 elections. You only need 270 to win and those estimations have not changed one iota in a year's time. The other candidate has NEVER received an estimation of over 220 Electoral College votes UNLESS he can flip several good sized blue states. Nothing in the state by state polling data has shown even an inkling of him making any inroads in any of the states he'd need to flip in order to get close to 270.

speculating on the election is nothing more than playing bingo/

WE cannot trust the surveys for accuracy.
We cannot trust the main stream media
We cannot trust most of the internet sites who post outright falsehoods such as the smear of trump bring KKK
We can only look at each one and make a choice that best fits our needs.
But to me anyone who sleeps through 8 hours of calls asking for a rescue then lets the ambassador get tortured and raped and murdered is not fit to be in any office.
That is a known fact and not subject to any speculation.

It's better to have two hands than one glove.
Not if you were in Chicago. LOL

Ah Chicago, wellspring of contentment, peace, law and order... How many people violently sucked the pipe in your fair city during the reign of your crown prince Obama?3,000, 4,000, ors somewhere in between?

The term 'racism' gets tossed around a lot. What, exaclty, do you mean when you use it?

A distinction based on some physical characteristic? In that case the wing commander of the NAACP is ever bit as racist as the grand stomper of the Klan.

Perhaps you really mean a cultural difference? Curious. If you think that Mssr.Trump's comments about Muslim immigration is somehow racist then you probably fall into this category. Muslim is a religion, not a race.

Or somewhere in between? Wherever that might be.

But please, state your own definition of 'racism'.

Here's my own: The word is meaningless since there's only one race; human. The only differences between people, especially groups of people, are cultural. All cultures are different to some degree or another. Some more preferable than others.

What's yours?

Trump may be dumb in some peoples minds but Hillary is down right evil and has shown to be. Fortunately Trump will have his VP and a majority in both houses to lean on for guidance. He is not a 30 year politician like Hillary. Hilary has already admitted to 4 more years of the same Obama policies and worse. a supreme court appointee by Hilary means bye bye 2nd amendment rights. Is Trump perfect? no. He has said a lot of dumb things. But Hillary is a conniving evil person.

Hillary rallys 3-400 people crowded into a small area with one close up photo for it to seem packed.

Trump rallys - thousands inside and thousands outside due to fire marshall.

The people will decide.

thats is also part of the problem. the media will tear down to pieces anyone that doesnt fit their agenda. true or false they will rip them apart. You really think "serious, highly accomplished, intelligent candidates" will come forward to stick their heads into the media woodchipper? no.

Media has fomented this RACE thing out of control.

latest one. el cajon - jackass gets out of the car and points a vape gadget at cops like a gun. = dead dumbass. BLM = cops hunted him down they are racist. total BS.

Racism is a charge to when no other arguement is available by your average liberal. Meaningless other than they don't like you or disagree with.

None of the Above? How about Johnson.

It was really frustrating to not have my guy up there wipe his nose with both of them, but luckily it was still funny enough to watch donny get butthurt whenever Secretary Clinton got him with facts, or his own words, or by just being half-sane and respectful.
