Ok here we go, This will go nowhere but I'll put my 2 cents in.
Trumps whole demeanor is childish and foolish, come on. more then half the world is seriously scratching their head wondering wtf is going on how ya'll are really considering him.
Clinton vs Trump in acts to better the world , Clinton wins hands down. Trump is the definition of a selfish capitalist.
None of this even matters because your system no matter who's in doesnt work because your system is so divided ya'll never get anything passed.
I feel sick to my stomach now.
Maybe on the surface it looks like nothing ever gets done in Washington, but if one really examines the record, plenty of stuff gets done. In some cases, too many things in a bad direction and not enough in a way to help the average commoner.

'Selfish capitalist'? Sport, self-interest is pretty much all there is. It gets rationalized into all sorts of nonsense the the terminally ignorant, but that doesn't make it so. Perhaps you've lead some sort of cloistered life but that nasty old capitalism has raised more people up out of poverty and attendant misery that all of the other systems combined. Probably not what they taught you in school. If they taught you anything in school. Nobility is easy when it doesn't cost you anything. Especially if you pay for it with other people's resources.

What evidence would you accept? A written note stating this intention? Not likely to exist. Nonetheless the fact the this server, which provided no function not provided by a government facility, was concealed from any FOIA requests is prima facie evidence that this was at least part of the reason for having it.
I want to separate ignorance and stupidity from deliberate criminality.
So that is why Colin Powell and others in government used similar servers for the same purpose as well, assuming your claim that just use is "prima facie" evidence that this was as least part of the reason for having it?

You have to admit it seems like something a little out of the ordinary is going on when the primary tool used for maintenance & storage of digital federal records appears to be a 5lb sledge applied directly to the devices.

The assertion by some is that these people regardless of party are all in it together and working in cohoots with each other to undermine our democracy. If that's the case, how is doing exactly what the previous three or four SoSs, previous President and Vice President did not just the "routine" that's been handed down from one administration to the next?
For all the outrage over this stuff, you'd think we'd have heard more about the $9 BILLION in cash payouts to Iraqi informants and warlords that just vanished during the Gulf War. Or the billions in no bid contracts that Cheney's former employer received.
Self-righteous indignation can be a pretty incredibly powerful thing when its applied to both your ideological opponents and the dogs you have in your hunt.
Well you would think with 'prima facie' evidence, the self righteous could bring these 'criminals' to trial and send them ALL to jail.

In a court of law for criminals.. All it takes is for the defendant to make a statement of reason why they did something in their defense. When it turns out to be a lie then it is considered an admission of guilt.. Simple.

talking about e-mails to keep everyone's eye off the real problem and that is Trump. he is a crook. he knows how to work a system so he can cheat and lie hs way to more money. while we all paid our fair share of taxes, he paid nothing because he knows how to cheat a system. does that make him smart? no just a slimy crook who figured out how to get out of paying his share and also howto get out of paying the smaller companies that did work for him. his deals are nothing more than a bully getting his way. in his own book in his own words he tells others how to lie and make people believe you. then there is Hilary. shady and not open enough to even know wht she really is about. Trump you know you have a arrogant jerk, Hilary, who knows what she really is.

Well , we know she is a crook. How much in that "foundation"? 200 million or so, mostly from foreign concerns. Hardly any of the money being dispersed also. So, there is that.
So taking legal tax deductions is now called cheating the system? When you file your tax returns, do you take any deductions?

You do realize, it's not Trump, himself filing, but his businesses. Many discussions have taken place here on s101, about forming whatever kinda corporation, which protects YOU from any wrong doings or miscalculations for your company. Why is it wrong for someone who deals in so much money, which can go up or down at any given moment in the kinda businesses he is in not hafta pay any taxes ?? And that's simply what it is...... he didn't fail to pay taxes, he had none to pay as he didn't owe any at the time.
