I'm currently printing color >pullback then multiple overprints of clear, so unfortunately no way to do this without multiple overprints of color.

I will look into blade offset. It also looks like there is a setting for registration mark offset in the Image Edit page. Not sure if this offsets the placement of the marks, or the reading of the marks, but I try to will play with it today and see.
Try to expand area of search mark, maybe it is will solve problem

Print white layer, then pull-back media and print clear + cmyk
Do you happen to know of any other operation parameter functions? Specifically, I am looking for a way to lower/disable only the back half of the UV LEDs.

When the print starts, only the front half of the LEDs light up, and an inch or two into the print, the back half of the LEDs turn on. I am trying to lessen the cure on my prints for testing multiple overprints of embossed gloss.

Maybe adjusting uv intensity help you, I don't know exactly

Do you want to get something similar? It printed on ucjv300 with pullback, cmyk+white+clear

2 layer clear
Я просто имею в виду, когда я сравниваю свой глянец Mimaki с глянцем Roland, глянец Roland кажется более гладким. Но ваш отпечаток выглядит очень цельным. Сколько прозрачных отпечатков?

Try STS inks LUS-170. I switched months ago and it's been great, non sticky, hard gloss prints. Can even get them smoother than OEM because I can lower the UV light adjustment and still get rock hard 150% gloss prints.
I can’t change clear ink on sts because in my country sts lus 170 not sale

Nope, none of sts, for mimaki only marabu, artix and maybe sunchemical
Sorry, I meant are you able to get one of those in a harder form like LUS-170 equivalent. Marabu/Artix/Sun chemical may be willing to send you a LUS120 ink bottle with a LUS170 chip to trick your machine into using a harder ink.
